About Us

Lion Electronics, Inc. is a privately-held corporation, based in Yorba Linda, California. Founded in 1988 by an industry veteran, Bill Nixon, Lion started as the export company for electronic components and equipment in Granada Hills, California. From our origins as an exporter, Lion has developed an exclusive network of suppliers in the U.S. and evolved and expanded into a global sourcing and marketing solutions provider.

In 2006, Lion moved its office and operations to Yorba Linda, approximately 50 miles south of Los Angeles, and continues to innovate in territory that matters, blazing trails in the fields that are shaping the modern world. The company's new, state-of-the-art headquarters facility is strategically located in close proximity to international airports, major freeways, and railroads.

For nearly 20 years, the company has successfully provided many types of products to a wide customer base that covers various parts of the world. Export of electronic components and equipment is still an important element in the complete Scope of Service Lion provides, which today includes import, manufacturers’ representation, marketing support services, and Japanese business assistance, all supervised via a single, coordinated support system.
